make a product that works! Failed to convert file: Program1 (error) no matter WHAT.

No matter WHAT I try to convert, I get this same error code.
I'd gladly BUY this software but my experience with it so far is
that it's non-functioning, so maybe there is a compatibility issue,
or perhaps there is a bug in the code.
